Refund policy

Returns are accepted on unused items within 15 days of delivery.

To start a return, email info@skycowboysupplyco.com with your order number and what you would like to return. Do not ship anything back before you hear from us. Returns sent without prior contact may not be refundable.

Items must come back unused and in their original packaging, in the condition you received them.

Complete helmets are not returnable. Helmets with a Bose or LightSpeed headset integrated are built to order and cannot be returned as a complete set. If you want to check the fit of the helmet before committing, order the DIY Helmet Kit instead. It uses the same shell.

Once your return arrives and we have looked it over, we will email you either way. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take longer than that to appear on your statement.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item shows up, email us with a photo and we will make it right.
