Shipping policy

We ship to the United States and Canada. For anywhere else, email info@skycowboysupplyco.com and we will see what we can do.

Processing time. Accessories and kits ship within 1 week. Complete helmets are built to order. The NVG capable helmet is a custom order and takes 2 to 3 weeks.

Shipping rates. Rates are calculated by order weight and shown at checkout before you pay.

Lost or damaged shipments. Sky Cowboy Supply Company is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please direct those inquiries to the shipping carrier. If you are having trouble getting somewhere with them, tell us and we will help where we can.

Duties and taxes. Sky Cowboy Supply Company is not responsible for any VAT, import or export duties, or taxes incurred on shipments. These are not included in the shipping fee and are collected on delivery.
